Rules from the DM

  • My preferred way of DM'ing is to take my players on a journey through my imagination. I'm open to most ideas from the mundane to the obscure but if I decline an idea it's either because it goes against my vision or it's to close to something in my vision which would lead to confusion or the wrong association.
  • It's OK to be late or skip a session as long as I'm told at least 15 minutes prior to the planned session.
  • I'm not enforcing a hard limit on aggressive actions between player characters but anyone engaging in such actions will smile and say thank you when I deal out some appropriate balance to that action. That could be anything from loss of equipment/money to divine smiting to a one-on-one session to let you know for how long you will be gone from the campaign.
  • I a strong believer in second chances, I believe in third chances, I can be persuaded to give a fourth chance. There's no such thing as a fifth chance.
  • I respond poorly to attempts of coercion or threats.
