The Priests of Passage

The Priests of Passage oversee the Temple of Passage, where virtually all corpses in the Scepter valley will be processed before burial. The Priests administer a process that is equal parts medical and religious, acting as the coroner for the Emerald Forces and court proceedings, as well as guarding the dignity of the deceased and performing religious rites.
The Priests insure modern treatment of bodies to prevent spread of plague and disease.

Structure

This is the only priesthood known in Faerun to require a medical degree.
