Droffilc the Grand Cartographer

Droffilc was a elf who had a twin brother named Clifford. he lived and grew up in the elven forests. when he was young maps fascinated him and he wanted to make his own maps and saw that there were no maps of the entire continent. his brother shared the same dream and they both knew that it was a big task for one person so they both worked on making a map of the entire continent. Droffilc and his brother started this grand quest by having a competition that who can find the most strange unique things. so Droffilc ventured north when Clifford ventured south. Droffilc's first discovery was the Magnificent Canyon to the north of the elven forests. Droffilc was a shorter than most elves so he commonly got teased about his height. though he was short he was muscular and strong he built up a strong stamina to walk for hours across the continent. he found many more things like strange gravity defying magic in the ancient city in the Magnificent Canyon. he later joined back with his brother and they shared there stories and notes and started to put together map of the entire continent. he then later with his brother went and found the inner plains to the east of the forests. later in his life he and his brother finished there map of the continent. and the council of elves then granted him a title of the Grand Cartographer. after that he claimed that he settled down in the elven kingdoms but every know and then he went and wandered because he couldn't stand staying in one place for long periods of time. his maps were copied and used all over the continent and many of his smaller maps were also used for more precision.
