In the Kingdom of Rachel, Rachel the Empress Dowager rescues two girls named Yuu and Muwi who wanted to elope.

In the Kingdom of Rachel, Rachel the Empress Dowager rescues two girls named Yuu and Muwi who wanted to elope. Because Yuu was engaged to a shithead of a guy, Rachel, who is also the boss of a mafia, gave them poison to kill him with.
Although she granted them safety, Yuwi were chased out of the kingdom as a result of their crime and escaped to the Island of Frogs on Rachel’s frog-shaped ship. There they discovered they had to save extinct turtles and became the Turtle Princesses, forming an alliance with the Empress Dowager.
The Evil Mafia Army™ attacks the Kingdom of Rachel. Rachel set out to look for Hermit Master Toshi, a martial artist who knows dickjutsu. He also knows of the lost secret Art of the Balls, which involve the Seven Magical Balls who can summon the wish granting frog-dragon FROGRON.
Master Toshi eventually teaches Rachel and the other Mods dickjutsu and the secret art. She goes through many trials such as the IkeVam forest. But Master Toshi tells her that she’s been doing it all wrong and that she has to become one with the dick.
However, at this point, the frog creation of the Turtle Princesses known as the Son (who also became a religious figure of the Kingdom) blesses her and she achieves enlightenment. When she achieves enlightenment she calls forth the Seven Magical Balls and summons FROGRON who grants her wish to “make the Evil Mafia Army™ fuck off” so FROGRON descends upon the Evil Mafia Army™ and screams “FUCK OFF” so they get so scared that they run off.
However, it turns out that behind the scenes, Cindy and Tomeyo have actually been working against Empress Dowager Rachel, and that they won’t worship Son the Frog, but actually Sin and Toe, rival gods.
Cindy and Tomeyo are actually those gods themselves disguised as mortals; Sindy and Toemeyo.
In order to fix this, Rachel decides to set out on a journey to search for Hoxadrine the legendary Blacksmith. But Hox is too busy looking for the lost Creaky’s Patreon. So Rachel helps Hox find Creaky’s Patreon, and then the secret ingredients to forge the Earth-Splitting Blade.
She then separates the land between her and Sindy and Toemeyo, thus creating a split between the former group of 6. And in reflection of this and to mourn the loss, all frogs have 4 toes.
