Common-Elves

Common-Elves are Elves that were exiled from their homelands, either because they can't, or they don't want to, follow the Winds of Magic that their society is built around. Even the children of a common-Elf, stay a common-Elf, even if these children have incredibly potential. It is against the Elven law to bring any Common-Elf back into a Elven Society.
