Traditionally appears as an old man with a long white beard, old and wrinkled. But, his preferred form is that of a younger 25 year old man who is in the mood to party.

He always has a small silver pocket watch with him, he never checks it and if inspected, is broken.
Physical quirks
He has a streak/patch of silver hair no matter what form he takes.
