A cult organization led by those who believe the dragon meant well for us and will protect us if we appease her. They openly recruit people to join their organization to worship her and help prep for her return.  Their main base of operations is in Mawgate because of its location at the base of the mountain. They often are found spewing their beliefs within the marketplace and on the streets on soapboxes. Many kobolds make up a large amount of the organization but it takes in all members of any shape or size.

One of their sacred rites is going on a journey to take offerings up to the top of the mountain, and leave them outside the cave mouth. It is forbidden to attempt to wake or even get close to her or even take in her image. Those who do never are accepted back into the Hand as it is a great disrespect to the dragon. The rite happens every season and those who get chosen are typically proving themselves to the Draconic Hand to become higher ranking members.

Some people of the Draconic Hand travel in small groups around the land, recruiting people to serve the dragon. Some of them don't come back depending on who they try to recruit, and how they feel about the dragon.
