The Plate

Disclaimer: This is mostly for my DnD players in my homebrew campaign like I assume what most others use this for, for anyone whos stumbles across this you are also welcome too judge. The Year 2027, the U.S.A. or what's left of it after Nuclear Annihilation across the world has left humanity on the brink of extinction. Despite this setback humanity must move forward, and once the radiation levels died down enough after a couple long weeks, survivors would form ground to survive and would now need too face the unusual horrors of this new world. Here in this part of the Wasteland, nicknamed 'The Plate', a large part of what used too be Southern California and small portions of Northern Mexico now disconnected from the rest of the (was) United States Wasteland. For still unknown reasons, creatures- no- characters from Fictional worlds of Media: Books, TV, Etc etc. In what can only be described as flashes of blue lighting rip them from where they came from into the world that originally created them. They were simply known as 'Fallers' who when arriving, all say they have is their strength reset back too 'Level 1'. While Humans despite never having certain abilities, these fictional characters did/still do just weaker now, and humans can fight with them on par as when they regain/build their strength it seemingly keeps up, leveling up, making humans equal threats in this world.
