If attuned to it will send a signal to Stahlist ship, bringing it into orbit. The Stahlist dropship will drop an amount of soldiers amount to the total level of party, to a max of 6. These soldiers would be first confused, then realized a primitive has activated one of their equipment and will try to kill the owner and take back the item.
