Personal history

Grew up poor in a large city in Gan, family worshipped every day, but were constantly beset by thieves. quickly worked out that aligning himself with the church would give him the power to eradicate the thieves through exerting the church's influence. Became a church 'enforcer', pursuing enemies of the state until he was recruited into the expeditionary force.
Soon after joining the church, he was mentored by his local church leader, incientally a highly influential religious leader amongsth Ilmater's followers. Mentor' name was Father Cassius. Cassius taught me that it is only by seeing the larger picture and pre-empting others actions that we can truly alleviate people's suffering.

Bullied at school by a boy 3 years older than him called George. His family and others harassed the poor familes of Chaplain's neighbourhood until chaplain joined the curch and eventually forced them out of business and into hiding.
Suffered bullying and harassment for much of his childhood.

The church was the only organisation that pre=ovided respite from his horrific bullying and poor existence
