Hestu

The primary god to the humans of the prime material. When the creatures that make up man were made, it was an accident caused by a struggle among the deities responsible for making many of the other humanoid deities. They attempted to create a being that they could all share, but they were disgusted by what they'd created and attempted to destroy them. Hestu was a minor deity at the time in charge of herding the creations of the gods to their places on the disks of The Orrory. When Hestu realized the other deities where intending to destroy what they saw as a mistake, the minor deity decided to protect and guide humans to where the other sentient being were being harbored before their inevitable settlement on the disks they'd call home. Now prayed to by humans and humanoids who seek guidance, Hestu has the power and status of a major deity.
