Technology to regenerate human body parts has been created. Surgery for a high price can achieve this but due to the requirements it is very rare and hard to come by. However this technology can also be granted on one use bases. However the faster the healing the more likley the surgery fails resulting in a random effect.
0-10 Wrong body part rergown, Too small/big by a factor of 1d4, Another body part injured in same way, Heals around the injury eg seals a lost arm, Loss of parts (eg fingers)
11-20 No control, numbness/no nerves, Too small/big by a factor of 1/1d4, loss of movement due to stiched skin, Misses the skin
21-30 Unconcious, Healed but still Agony, Heavy scarring, Weaker bones, Excsessive bloating
31-40 Light bleeding, Discolouration, Rash, Light scarring, Bruises
For 1-20 halve all values obviously.
