Traderport

Located in the largest natural bay on Centralia, Traderport is small compared to Troll Hall, but remains one of the larger outposts in the Northlands. Most traffic to and from Traderport are boats, docking there rather than North Port or the Shipyard to offload raw material. Rather than going back through the portal, the Traderport raw material is instead traded among the Northlanders, or used locally in the growing, but small, skilled trades within the town.   A moderately traffic'd trail leaves the town to the West, before turning North, towards Troll Hall. Another trail heads East into an area of clearcut meadow and farmland, with woods and an active logging operation beyond.   Points of Interest:
  • Three Wolves Inn - What was once a small inn for travelers has been expanded, and expanded, until it barely resembles the inn it once did. A large tavern and barracks style bedding upstairs, it is the easiest place for the sailors and travelers to find food and lodging. The Mayor of Traderport is known to keep his office here.
  • Craftsman District - Home to all sorts of metal workers, wood workers, tanners, and craftsmen of all trades, the Craftsman District is small but growing. Many things one might reasonably need for a journey can be found here.
  • Temple of Aelphra - The largest temple within the Northlands to the Sun Goddess Aelphra is located in the East of the town, near the Eastern Gate. Multiple brothers and sisters of the faith are present, and High Sister Ophelia makes her home here as the highest authority on the faith.
  • Shrine to Ruuk - While a formal temple is not present, the sailors have created a shrine to the god of the winds near the docks. Nearby merchants sell birds or individual feathers to offer to the god for safe travels.
  • Quarim's Tower - Not that much of a tower really.  But a 3 story building along the Northern Wall owned by an Elven Wizard named Quarim who offers magical assistance to the town.
