Feldan

Feldan is a human clerk for the Empire of Ludstvo in Troll Hall. He is responsible for recording claims that former military from the Empire have come to press. A former soldier himself, he gave up his claim after being offered a job working as a clerk, worrying that he wouldn't be able to care for himself and his family with a missing leg.
Tyra Severanas Tyra has promised to let him know how her travels went when next she is in Troll Hall.
