Symptoms

The black dream slowly causes the victom to disconnect from living things. Eventually the initiate disdains all living things. They believe that only those that have died or the dead have the true wisdom to rule. The lich king uses the black dream to connect with the initiates causing them to worship him. Some go rogue though.

Treatment

The only way to cure the black dream is known by Fizban. It is said that he has been on his own adventures coming up with a cure.
