Voidlings

These creaturtes exist outside of the Nine Realms and even beyond that of the World Tree, they are the antithises of life itself.

Basic Information

Anatomy

These creatures don't have a set form or shape. They only recieve a form upon entering one of Realms, and coming into contact with a living creature. Upon contact they become a corrupted version of that creature.

For Stat purposes they take on the stat block of they creature they contacted, with an added condition. When causing damage they gain 10%-60% of the damage caused, once they have gained stats equal to their max HP they evolve into a more powerful creature. The Gods are also unable to directly interact with Voidlings as they absorb their divine energy, thus causing the Gods to send mortals in to deal with Voidlings.

Genetics and Reproduction

Nothing is know about where the Voidlings come from or reproduce. Those that manage to get into one of the Realms merely feeds, grows and evolves. No Voidling has ever shown an attempt to reproduce while inside a Realm.

Growth Rate & Stages

Voidlings grow and evolve as they feed on more and more life energy, after they have fed on enough energy they go through a rapid evolution and become bigger and stronger.

As mentioned earlier, they evolve once they have fed on enough health points equalling the max HP of the creatures form they have taken on

The natural habitat of Voidlings is of course, @The.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Upon entering a Realm they need to continuously feed on life energy. They prefer the energy from living creatures, but they can make do with that of plant life if needed. If a Voidling goes too long without feeding on life energy, they will fade away to nothing

For game mechanics, if Voidling doesn't feed for 24-36hrs, they will die.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Voidlings take on the senses of the creatures that they come into contact with, with an added edition of being able to sense the life energy of a creature within a 20ft radius
