The New World, home to the tabaxi, is the host of peoples of all nations and creeds. The best and brightest of many nations have made their way from Ervelust to explore this strange land. Danger lurks in every crevice, and sightings of creatures that defy scientific and magical explanation have become increasingly frequent.
Lead by the tiefling Bask, the people of Shanaran still struggle to secure footholds in their quest for exploration. Still, some progress has been made, as those that survive the trips beyond the tabaxi nation have brought enough information to draw a map of their surroundings.
Many questions are yet unanswered. Where are these strange creatures coming from? What other sentient creatures live here? Why is that massive mountain all by itself? Have the gods forgotten this place?   The information provided comes from the Alt'mer Codex, and where relevant includes transcriptions from letters sent by Richard of Riastrad to the Lady Alt'mer. While the information is largely incomplete at the present time, the Tower with assistance from Kitass Productions will update this information as it becomes relevant.
