Half-Elf

There is a reason that I didn't include half-elves in the section on elves. Due to their parentage, half-elves are usually considered outsiders even among those that raise them. Personally, I find half-elves to be good people and fantastic lovers.

Basic Information

Genetics and Reproduction

I know from personal experience that half-elves breed the same as everyone else.

Additional Information

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Their Elven blood grants half-elves 60 feet of darkvision. This may vary if the elf parent is a drow.
It does not change. Kethra Ofandrus, possibly the only drow half-elf, has the same limited vision in the dark that most species with the capacity do. She is however able to use similar innate magic that Master Ous'Urden can. In my letter regarding her I will include information about how the half-elves in Shanaran differ based on their parentage.

Civilization and Culture

Naming Traditions

I have noticed that half-elves raised by humans have elven names, while those raised among us (elves) have human names.
