Stormblood Pirates

The Stormblood Pirates are led by Bellamy Abigail, and is quickly growing in infamy, size, and power. They have no issue confronting any authority whether it be kingdoms, cults, titans, or the world authority. They have quickly disrupted the social order and continues to do so in bigger and bigger waves.

Structure

Officers

First Mate:

Mournderdash(Female Half-Orc)-

Growing up as a feared monster and bully; she believes in freedom and power through fear, following Bellamy for being the epitome of that. At first she stuck around merely because she respected him and benefited from his power, but she began to develop feelings for him.

She is Bellamy’s voice for the crew and the most loyal to him.

Shipwright:

Katakuri (Male Drow)-

Katakuri was to be executed by his kin for religious crimes against Lilith, The Spider Queen due to being caught with books of mythological ships that did not follow their beliefs. Despite his upbringing, e grew up admiring the cursed and mythical ships that litter the seas. Before he would be executed out at sea, he would spot The Mad-Ahab, one of the few ships of legend, heading towards the Drow ship. Before the Stormbloods would reach them, everyone aboard the drow ship would be left dead by Katakuri. He would then bow his head towards Bellamy, the captain, and offer his services as a shipwright towards him. With suspicion high among the crew, Katakuri would quell any doubt by making a paladins oath with Teiva is its mediator, vowing to defend the ship, its legacy, and those chosen to lead it. With this, Bellamy have no doubts and allowed him to join.

He was raised in a culture of extreme religious violence towards an evil goddess, so Bellamy’s ambitions towards a neutral one was not off-putting to him.

Navigator:

Nami Windhill (Female Tabaxi)-

Left in a monastery, she was raised by monks who secretly guarded information on an ancient Divine War weapon. The World Authority attacked them, seeking to take information on the weapon for themselves, killing everyone but her. Because shes the last living person to have any hint towards that weapon, she’s had a bounty as early as 14 and has been on the run since. When she was caught by bell as a stowaway, he offered her to join him and said “I have no intentions of using such weapons, Lady Teiva had them buried and so by her will they shall stay buried.”

She joined because Bell is the only person she’s met seeking power/noterietay who doesn’t want the ancient weapons, they are willing to protect her despite putting a huge target on their back, and their path of destruction will aid her revenge against the authority that killed her family.

Doctor:

Johan (Male Reborn/Human)-

Gunner/Chef

Kringo Krango (Male Goblin)-

Kringo was marked a criminal by the world authority for illegal use and experimentation of gunpowder/explosives. Despite his intellect on the subject, not even pirates would trust him out of fear of their ship being blown up. While on the run from his latest explosion, he ran into Bellamy who admired the effectiveness of his work and offered him safety as a Stormblood Pirate and the freedom to continue his explosive pursuits as long as they left nature untouched put his explosives into practice as a pirate. He is one of the few officers that doesn't seem perpetually disgruntled and tries his best to be nice towards everybody so aside from Katakuri, everyone appreciates Kringo.

Kringo follows Bellamy because aside from giving him a place to rest and be free, he seems to encourage his explosive pursuits despite the obvious danger he poses all the time.

Pirate code

  • The tenants of Teiva as the wild mother, salt maiden, and storm queen must be respected and followed as a member of this collective. It is not required that you worship Teiva; rather forbidden to worship deities she opposes, and No one is to adorn The Sword of Storms symbol without the captain’s approval. To break this rule out of ignorance will result in a lesser punishment the captain will determine while breaking it intentionally will result in death.
  • Every man has equal title to the fresh provisions, or strong liquors, at any time seized, and may use them at pleasure, unless a scarcity makes it necessary. If your pleasures begin to inhibit your role upon the ship, however, you may be withheld from said pleasures along with food for a portion of time.
  • Those who attempt to leave the ship or their station during battle will either die or be marooned.
  • Unless the captain would say otherwise, Fighting/killing one-another is allowed in and out the ship so long as both combatants are willing, it does not impede the labor on the ship, nor impede efforts upon shore.
  • Always Keep your equipment, pistol, and weaponry fit for service.
  • Every morning, the crew is required to stand in line to be magically interrogated and searched by the captain to ensure no member intends to impede the crew nor be found under the influence of extra planar forces that would do the same. To be caught with either will result in the abjuration of said force or death.
  • To rob another aboard the ship or take more than their due share of a prize will result in death.
