Older female Elf. Member of Harbinger.
Lady Dulnia was responsible for the force that drove Rinn to go through the portal to Obrax.
She has told the party that she is very interested in what has happened to Taegen, Rinn's father. She has agents of Harbinger looking into activities of The Purity Defenders.
Lady Dulnia also claims to be a member of the White Dragon Clan, specifically because of the rumor they summon demons.
As of day 121, Dulnia betrayed The Party, showing herself to be a follower of [Lord Devon. Her current location is unknown.
