Joule (Tribe of Julius)

All Joules are gifted with the blessings of Electricity. This manifests differently between clans, however all Joules have incredible ability to store and even produce electricity from their own bodies.
The Joules live in the lowlands and on the island, protecting themselves by encircling their homes with steel spikes, connected to an interior source which is kept charged at all times. This discourages attacks by predators while keeping even the local watchmen safe.
In the New World, Scavenged Relics of the Old World greatly improve the quality of life for the Ishkwan. At least for those that still have power; and That is where Joules come in. With their blessing they can bring life to the ancient relics. Even so, some relics are more challenging to charge than others, and certain collectors will pay a more than a bit of Scratch to get what they want.
Even though it is ingrained into who they are, young Joules (and sometimes adults as well) will accidentally discharge some Stored electricity and shock themselves. It is very fortunate that they cannot be paralysed (temporarily).
