Halfling

A well travelled people who have found homes in almost every nation. Sometimes they can fall afoul of 'gypsy-folk' stereotypes, but most humans view them as a companionable people. They can find themselves in a wide variety of fields, just like their human cousins.
In Mazdakentru there is a unique variant of Halfing, both physically and socially. These Halflings live in isolated treetop communities in the deep jungles, and will aggressively defend their territory with guerilla tactics and the use of exotic poisons. They speak a dialect of Halfling that is almost distinct enough to be a separate language, though 'other' Halfings can just about understand and be understood.
