The Silver Seal
The Silver Seal is a mercenary guild based in the CryoVerse that hunts monsters across the Multiverse. Their methods can be brutal, but they get the job done.
Structure
At the bottom of the structural ladder are the mercs who do the jobs. Above them are the people who organize the jobs and manage whole guildhouses, the Bronze Hounds. They refer to the Silverhand, the Seal's leader and master of the first guildhouse in the CryoVerse, thou they usually get their assistant Bronze Hound to deal with the business end of it.
Culture
The Silver Seal is a hunter's guild, not a soldier's. Though some may be swayed to one side of a war with coin, many specialize in the killing of monsters.
Public Agenda
The Seal does not concern itself with political affairs, opting instead to kill things and make money doing it. Whether they're in it for the money or the killing, though, is up for grabs.
Assets
The Seal's members can sometimes find respite in one of its sparse yet growing number of guildhouses, as well as jobs, as they serve as a boiling pot for anyone willing to pay for somebody to kill something. The Seal also has a large supply of enchanted equipment they lend out to those about to go out on a job.
History
The Silver Seal was originally founded to serve as a layer of protection against the harsh environment and overwhelmingly strong monsters found in the CryoVerse. However, the fourteenth and present Silverhand decided to expand and take on jobs from all over, an idea that quickly took hold and built their reputation as a guild.
