Summary

Bill is a Terran suggested to me with high regard by ABIN when I first stated my intention and request for funding. When I asked if he had any confirmed abnormal abilities they told me "We can confirm that he has the ability to be abnormal." Typical suit double-talk if you ask me. I'm not typically interested in the Corporate boondoggle these ABIN officials like to feed me, but I took the recommendation so they wouldn't push it. I'm not really interested in going to recruit this "Bill". In fact I'm 99% sure he's a spy for the ABIN just to keep tabs on me and my team. I'll pass on letting these old creeps bug my bathroom, thanks.
