Brain Man
Summary
This one is an enigma. 'Brain Man' is said through mostly hearsay to be the most intelligent individual in all of the Terra Sector though I can find no facts to back this up, only circumstantial evidence at best. One woman I spoke to said he has a lab that spans an entire planet. Another man I stopped claimed rather boldly while devouring a wrap that Brain Man had single handedly developed the quantum communicators we use today. All I know is that if there is any validity to these myths at all, a man of this intellect would be a crucial asset to my science division.

Possible Weaknesses
If he truly does own a lab that spans a planet, we threaten to destroy it... hopefully that persuades him. Otherwise we will simply have to negotiate on his terms and hope that it doesn't come to blows.
