The year is 3200 and the human-inhabited planet Eos has developed interstellar travel within the last generation. It is believed that this civilization was once part of a large empire that spanned the Milky Way, but a galactic-wide cataclysmic event destroyed the planet’s infrastructure and severed the ties between Eos and the rest of the worlds. Over the last 600 years the surviving inhabitants of Eos rebuilt their world, and now seek to explore the galaxy and reconnect with other human civilizations, if they still exist.
