The Maze

In the center of the known world, there is a maze. Mostly uncharted, it stretches out for hundreds of leagues, twisting in on itself and seperating the surrounding civilizations. For various reasons, those that live close to the maze venture into it. Some do this for a need, as the maze holds treasures that can be sustenance, tools or prizes. Others risk their lives for reasons only known to them, an urge that compels them to seek something in the bowels of the vast maze. However, as they go deeper into the winding and twisting inner circles of the maze, the dangers become more terrifying and they may find themselves confronted with isolation and strike strange alliances with what they thought their mortal enemies.
