The Marvelous Land of Oz

Blue paint peels off the fences of the east, surrounding miles of farmland and rural communities. Metal clinks to the west in industrial country, where the leaves and the grass rustle golden-yellow. North is dense with sunshine-blocking trees that cast the land in shady purple. Behind you, the south, is difficult terrain with scarlet foliage and volatile creatures unlike any other. Towering spires mark the head of these quadrants -- a palace constructed of emeralds.   You're not in Kansas anymore. This is Oz, a fairy country isolated by strips of magically impassable desert. The entire continent of Nonestica is enchanted, including other surrounding lands such as Ev and Ix. The benevolent Queen Ozma, a young but wise girl, reclaimed the Emerald throne after several questionable rulers. One of such was the once-considered wonderful Wizard.   The maps displayed here will be an interactive and faithful model to the description of these lands from the books. Non-canonical locations, such as Shiz University from Wicked, may exist to stimulate interest and imagination. Additional locations can spark the imaginations of players when developing characters, as hopefully this map will be useful one day in a campaign.
