Staff profile—Master Germaline Tellier
A rune master and a faculty member at the University of Lille and is well appreciated by the students.
Master Tellier comes from a family of weavers who have done little to distinguish themselves until her arrival. However, her genius with runes was undeniable to all even at a young age, and she was fully encourage to develop it and push it to its limits, eventually getting a Mastery in Runes.
Since joining the University of Lille, Master Tellier has become a cornerstone of the Artefact Department by funding and leading a workshop that provides staff and students with fabric for their practical and experiments. In collaboration with Master Ligné, she also provides fabric for the uniform of officers in the army.
Students will find Master Tellier to be a relaxed and accommodating teachers who will help them refine their understanding of runic magic and of its utility in a military setting.

Title: Master of Runes
Teaching: Officer track, "Advanced Runes" (3rd year class) and "Further Rune Topics - Knots" (Mastery level class).
Specialty: Weaving.
Research: New techniques to saturate clothes with enchantments so as to increase how much they can carry without them clashing with each other.
Family magic: Weaving while making runic patterns inside the fabric.
