Coalition for Arcane Benevolence

The Coalition for Arcane Benevolence is a charitable and lobbying group with the stated aim of improving conditions for Elfkin, Lycans, and all magic using humans -- both authorized magi and Infested. The board consists of representatives from each corporation which has adopted the CAB policies on equality and treatment of post-Shattering sentient life, frequently in the wake of corporate restructuring or the tragic death of a CEO.
The CAB does not employ Cabbies.
If they did employ Cabbies, then they would be used only in support of the goals of the CAB. Such as killing CEOs and restructuring corps by force.
Any reports of these things happening are false, because Cabbies do not exist.

Culture

A Cabbie is a soche-scorched magi working for the CAB. They don’t exist. Any reports of individual cabbies doing things like “killing an entire security detail and three ranking members of a corporation before walking out of the building in the chaos like nothing happened” or “blowing up three factories in a weekend” are nonsense. Cabbies do not exist. If they did, though, they would be apotheosized mages -- so all those stories are probably true. It’s best to live like they are real, even though they definitely aren’t.

CAB Policies

• Infested from within the corporation will be entrusted to the Coalition.

• Magi will be treated as full employees with full right-of-movement and minimal observation.

• Elfkin are to be extended the opportunity to receive social identification numbers and integrate into society.

• Lycans have a right to ancestral, pre-shattering territory.

• Infested are to be understood as having a chronic illness, not a death sentence.

• Magic is a natural phenomenon and should be embraced as a boon to society.
