Interstellar City is an settlement located in the Chihuahuan Desert, New Mexico. It is the prime immigration and communication hub between humans and the extraterrestrial, and where many extraterrestrials reside. Officially considered as part of the United States, Interstellar City holds the record for the largest non-human population in the country.

Interstellar City is considered part of the United States, and falls under New Mexico law. However, it largely runs itself independently and the leadership of the city is called the Parliament. They represent a variety of different species from different parts of the cosmos, and ultimately manage how the melting pot city is run.
