Franklin Justice

Franklin Justice is the son of the original Chessmaster, and has since taken on the identity of his father. He's a psionic, and a mastermind who manipulates outcomes in his favor, while commanding considerable resources as the leader of the Bishops.

Special abilities

Chessmaster is a psionic, specifically specializing in illusions. He control what others see, hear, smell and feel, among others, and uses that to his advantage. Furthermore, he's a master tactician, strategist, and a genius criminal mastermind. He generally views combat as beneath him, but has the means to fight via a suit of power armor, if needed.

Specialized Equipment

Power Armor: Chessmaster keeps a suit of advanced armor for when needs to fight as a last resort. Said armor grants him:

• Superhuman Strength: The armor can lift up to 50 tons.

• Superhuman Durability: The armor gives him protection against hits that would kill a normal man.

• Advanced Weaponry: The armor includes what is known as "razor disks", which are blades that can cut through steel.

• Forcefields: He can project forcefields strong enough withstand missiles.

Hovership: Chessmaster owns an advanced hovership that he uses as a mobile base of operations. Said ship is durable, and includes cutting-edge technology allowing him to communicate with others over vast distances, flying at blistering speeds, and turn invisible.

Personal history

Franklin Justice is the son of the original founder of the Bishops, Nathaniel Justice, the first Chessmaster. Like his father, he was raised to be a cold, calculating individual who could play everything like it was a game of chess. When his father was eventually thwarted, and killed, Franklin took his identity, and began plotting to take over the world.
