Atlas Manor

A three story townhouse located in Manhattan, the Atlas Manor is the official base of operations for the Atlas Group. It serves as the home away from home for the premier superhero team, as it provides housing, training, and medical facilities for its members on top of storing their vehicles and equipment.

Purpose / Function

The manor gathers and gives the members of the Atlas Group a place to reside outside their normal base of operations, in the heart of the world's most prominent meta city.

Architecture

The above ground floors are the housing area for the members, and staff. Below ground houses a maximum security headquarters with some of the most advanced equipment, computers, and technology on the planet.
The third floor has long since been completely gutted to make room for it as a hangar containing their signature ships, known as Eagles, that often serve as the means of transport during missions.
The second floor is the residential area. While many members do live elsewhere, some have made this their full residence for the time-being.
In the below ground floor, there's the Atlas Office, considered the meeting area where all Atlas Group members available gather to discuss various matters.
Throughout the world, there are secret teleportation gateways that allow the members to readily enter the Atlas Manor headquarters without having to physically enter the building, thus the potential for exposure is greatly reduced. There's also teleporters inside the building that not only go back to the various points, but also to the Atlas Armory in Grand Mesa.

History

At one point, the Atlas Manor was once known as the Spiegel Manor, as it belonged to the wealthy and blueblooded Spiegel family. The current head of the family, Robinson Spiegel (aka Doctor Quantum), had long since moved the family to QuanTech Tower and left the manor without a purpose. As such, when the Atlas Group was formed, the old and former superhero donated the manor to the newly formed Atlas Group to serve as their base.
Under their ownership, it was repurposed as the Atlas Manor, and completely renovated to suit the needs of the superhero team.
