The Creation of Godslayers

Godslayers were officially created on the 27th of J'anovos 509 a.G.A. by Velexandor the Conqueror. King of Vizigard, he was the first to combat the entities known as Godlings.
The first unit of Godslayers were 50 men, who were picked between the ages of 4 and 5 and have been trained and instructed to combat the Godlings threat for sixteen years. they were created through something called a Soul Contract, allowing them to use sorcery, such as rune sorcery. The Godling they contracted with is known as Belphegor.
Belphegor is a Greater One Godling, not much is known about him to the general public, other than he was a the carcass of a dead Greater One found in, what is now, Avador. Velexandor ordered his alchemists to study the carcass and find a way to utilise to their advantage, in a fortress, know known as Mikir.
The alchemists managed to grasp the mechanism of how Godlings create Soul Contracts, thus understanding how to make their own, through the dead Belphegor. This created the first lineage of Godslayers.
After the creation of the Godslayers became public, emperor Velexandor earned the title "The Mad".
