Imperialism, is the official and only state religion of The Empire. It is devoted to the worship of The Emperor as the ascended divinity and savior of all.

Mythology & Lore

Those who believe in the Cult's teachings hold that the Emperor is a living spiritual entity and the only true god. They say he is a god-king who used his abilities to improve the lives of their people and impart to them essential skills and knowledge. The Emperor is portrayed as a exemplary sage who possesses great moral character and will live forever and rule over a period of great peace. They claim that he is the one that created the fog and caused the corruption to recede.

In 3 P.A. Imperial cults began to worship The Emperor due to his actions.

Tenets of Faith

The tenets of faith are highly flexible and are tailored by local Acolytes in-order to fit the native culture. The Ministry tolerates this vast range of practices and beliefs because it would be nearly impossible to force the various races and cultures to maintain the faith by a rigid adherence to a regulated doctrine. However, The Ministry does enforce six basic tenets, divergence from which is considered heresy. These tenets include the following beliefs:

That the Emperor once walked as a man in a Human form and that He is and always has been the one, true god of all.
That the Emperor is the one true God of All, regardless of the previous beliefs held by any race.
It is the duty of the faithful to unquestionably obey the authority of the Imperial government and their superiors, who speak in the divine Emperor's name.
It is the duty of the faithful to ensure that no child shall be born of Noble and Servaa.
It is the duty of the faithful to purge all heresy.
Regardless of rank or race, everyone has a place within the Emperor's divine order.
