Military action

War between Meritians and Neans in the years between 994 and 1000 Pre. The Victory of the Neans starts a new era.

The preparations for the Great War already began in 975 Pre, on the side of Neans. Blackbloods started organising themselves into a military underground, and developed friendships ith other rebellious organisations. Their supporters were at first the other oppressed cultures, like the Puritians and the underground opposition of the Scots and Irish. In 993 Pre, Lilo established the opposition into an army and submitted the illegitimate sovereigns of Scotland, Ireland and Wales to her rightful priviledge of ruling, but had no influence on the regime. That caused Nena to make the Blackblood-underground ready for war, sure of that Lilo would support a war against Meritiana, as Lilo herself was a Blackblood and enemy of the Meritians. But she stood alone when she declared war on Meritiana one year later in 994. Still, with the support of the Puritians and another underground society of Russians, she could stand the war for four years, closing in most of Meritianas administrative districts in England in 998. For one year she had full control over governmental actions and started passing laws, liberating the Blackblood population and opposition members. In autumn 999, Meritiana started the last desperate coup, which worked suprisingly well. In 1 000 both sides were extemely debilitated but the Neans were tired of war. That caused Nena to make a risky deal with Lilo: She would support the Neans in one last battle, and therefore get full adminisrative control over the countries of England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales. The other conquered areas were to be Blackblood-territory. Lilo accepted and in July 1 000 the Great Battle of Victory took place. In the battle, thrity two of the onehundred leaders in the war died,Nena was one of them. Officially, the Neans won the war and got the territory they were promised, but Lilo did not get her part of the deal until 5 Post. While entering the governmental district of England to claim it as British territory, the army was suprised and Lilo was arrested. Still, was the Victory in the GBV (Great Battle of Victory) the end of a war and the start of a new era.
