The Kingdom of Mourne

The evil necromancer Lazaar that has plagued the kingdom of Mourne with his magical schemes and villainy for years, has kidnapped the prince Fabias's bride-to-be, the fair maiden Belladonna. The King of Mourne, Tyrus the 3rd has decreed a quest lead by his two sons, the Crown Princes of Mourne, to rescue the damsel Belladonna and slay the dark sorceror Lazaar before the next planetary alignment when he can complete the prophecy and use her as a ritual component in a ceremony that will birth an abberant flesh dragon with which he will first use to destroy the Kingdom of Mourne then turn to the rest of Liore.   OVERALL THEME: Good Triumphs over Evil, Doing the right thing leads to victory, Greed and lust for power leads to destruction.   Lazaar desires to fulfill a prophecy fortold by his sorcerous mothers', the first wytch hags of Liore, that if he, the chosen one, should impregnate a maiden that remaineth pure during the next planetary alignment that she would then give birth to a monstrous dragon that would answer only to Lazaar. With his newfound might Lazaar would finally conquer the Kingdom of Mourne and when he eventually grows bored, turn his eyes to the rest of Liore.
