Salt Lake

A briny pool to the south of Mooshmore Forest. It once held a large spire made of salt that was previously an evil salt wizards lair. Lining the shore are now vacant makeshift houses built of zurkhwood. This is left over when some of the dwarves of Deeproot were summoned by an unknown evil from beyond and took up residence to worship the depths of the lake.

Geography

Sandy shores littered with chunks of crystallized sodium chloride. The lake itself is quite deep with a large amount of vegetation. One anomaly is that the lake bed itself has a large cavern-like hole and leads to a deep abyss.
