The Community

A strangely nice and caring group of people that care for those that are less fortunate. they feed, house and protect the homeless and sick. first devised by Jornik Kalate during that rat plague in order to slow down the spread. with the bloodflies new take over, the rat plagues return, the community has seen more help than ever.

The Help

these people are the ones who will feed and build houses for the poor, what was first a charity position became a spiritual position as these people swore off all positions in order to even further helps those in need. these people will often be helping but protective, good cooks and strong workers, they will often try to slow down and defuse any tension that erupts in the street. also any offence against any member of the Help will immediately cause all groups of the community to close rank around the offender. roughly 5% of people 

Protectors

these are relatively new, as they have only recently been accepted into the community. these guards are made up of veterans or ex overseers that devoted their lives to the Help's mission to give back to the community. many of the protectors have a negative opinion of Corvo, as the suspect him to be the Crown Killer under the persuasion of their "leader" Overseer Oliesxac, as he was attacked by the royal protector years ago. many of the Protectors will follow those that are not in need in order to keep them from damaging anything or hurting the needy. roughly 5%

The Needy

these people gave this monocor to themselves as they label themselves as the ultimate fools. often decent people, the Needy label themselves as such at the behest of the rest of the community in order to maintain the shelter and reliable good nature that the community brings. often the needy have a system of connection and protection that the Help and Protectors can fold into. especially in Karnaca as Mother Niranta grows even more powerful than local gangs. roughly 10%
