The Hecata

Cameron made the deal with the Camarilla to acquire Syros she had probed for months from afar the affairs of the island and had constituted that it was going to "blow". She had taken her finding to the Cam who originally denied there request but as the evidence from both the local Tremere and other third parties it was decided that the Hecata would acquire the island. It was getting too dangerous for normal kindred to be there. After Camerons unfortunate death the island would fall into "ownership" of her eldest childe. Leaving her Eldest childe Sebastian and a broken haggard Domain.   The Hecata who come generally stay around the Mansion or explore the graveyard and other spiritual places. They move more then the Tremere but still generally hang with there own. They do not see the necessity to be outside as much as with other clans.   After tad left Alina Miller, Camerons second eldest childe took over. As the ruler of the house She took Sebastian and has taken the responsibility for Jane. Since tad is unaware of his own childe, the Hecata did the exception and allowed Alina to be seen as the one who is responsible for her. Jane is known amongst the Hecata as a bastard daughter valuble but not fully Hecata.    The Hecata domain rules:   1. Keep the fucking masquerade   2. You are not to feed of any innocent people (Hecata only)   3. Any ghoul not schooled in the way of its path is to be dealt with/ Anyone who wants to ghoul a mortal has to ask permission. (Everyone), and be taught by Sebastian. The same rule applies to anyone who wishes to Sire.   4. Anyone who wishes to do any ceremonies/ritual's on the island must tell the holder of the domain what it is and use for. Metagame 3 or higher.   5. Announce yourself to the holder of the domain? (Basically Tadashi)   6. Do not feed more then necessary.   7. Do not use lingering Kiss, on a mortal.   8. There are Lasombra on this island, Please respect our cousins. They have OBLIVION. There other clans on this island, please respect them as you respect our own clan.   9. Do not "probe" anyone without the persons permission, or the permission from the domain holder.   The Hecata who move in Most of the Hecata who move in as previously stated are younger and usually either are baggers, or Organvores. Tadashi is the oldest until a older Hecata arrives as basically backup, for the small domain. He is not there to take over the Island or rule it. But as an informant for the council.   Isa Puttanesca- The youngest of Camerons brood, she was embraced as a in for the puttanesca in the police department manipulating it from the inside. She does spend most of her time however genuinaly investigating murders doing her best to protect Kine.   Oscar Dandridge- Is a young Hecata around 20 years kindred who is a master at technology and hacking, using his undead birds but also his skills with technology to study how people died, and the clans enemies. A bit of an oddball as he is a farmer. Using living crows as well. Farmer. He is great at finding the worst of society to either, kill or take advantage off. Peoples secrets.   Jayden King- a Hecata who is super interested by Lasombra Oblivion, since he is curious of what they could learn of the Underworld. Bagger.   Zack Atkinson- Is a scholar of the dead, being interested in spirits and wraiths to learn of there secrets. Like tad he likes to ask spirits for help rather then binding them. He has a uncanny talent to make spirts join his side using them for the Hecata as a gaurd around there havens. To make sure no enemy spirits come in to attack.   Milo Matthieu- Is a brute who is great at using to solve physical problems. A war machine for the Hecata. But he has a soft side to animals, spending most of his time studying enemies. Like the tremere and even the fey. Organvore.   Asher Ashleigh- Is a socialite who is great at public relations and enjoys being around mortals. Whenever the Hecata needs someone to talk with humans. He spends most of his time in the nightclub area recently hunting for the ghosts who haunt it. That is his role to be out around people looking for ghosts, and as a talent scout.
Family: Hecata family The family coterie is one of reliance, connection, and support networks. Vampires within this coterie may be related in a mortal sense as well as through the Blood, and they likely recruit mortal members of their extended families to assist them in their plans. Sebastian Puttanesca His 2 free points go too resources, his other 10 advantage points go too all points and then resources and 3 points in influence. Isa Puttanesca Her 2 free points go to 2 points in contacts in the police department. Oscar Dandridge He spends his 2 free points on Lien and 2 advantage dots on lien due to his technology connection. Jayden King He comes with a library and knowledge he spends his 2 points in library, and 3 points watchmen a group of very aware ghosts. Zack Atkinson His main free 2 points are in watchmen for global island ghosts to keep watch over the entire island, his advantages are spent on 4 dots in the same. Milo Matthieu his 2 points go in retainers which is a group of six level 3 zombies who can do menial tasks and attack. Asher Ashleigh He spends 2 points in chasse. Jane Spends 1 point in warding and 1 point in library. Haru Spends her 2 points on library for blood magic sorcery, and 2 advantage points on warding. Zoey Spends 1 point of watchmen dog pack and 1 on portillon. Eden spends 2 points in library, and one advantage in 1 library.   Domain: Chasse (•••) Local area around the mansion , Lien (•••••) 5 extra dice to find stuff , Portillon (••••) minus 4 dice to break in.    Ally: (•) (a connected mortal family member)   Contacts: (••) (family, extended family) (••) Police constable, heads up on crime and dead bodies.   Resources: (••••) (cash and assets built up by Sebastian)   Enemies: (••) (one or more mortals who oppose the family business)   Influence: (•••) (family business)   Library: (••) adds 2 dice, for Oblivion speciality.
