The Bells

The Bells are started the night the new Elder arrives. All those who are Made on the island into a supernatural creature, of vampiric nature are called. During the Bells ordinarily the visiting Elder comes and feeds, and either falls into the temptation of the beckoning to Apollo. Or leaves to never be seen again. Apollo drags the Elder into oblivion and marks there soul down as a white and throws them in the pit. They do this act to attract Elders to capture and feed the Lasombra antediluvian. The spectors collected are a contingency if everything goes wrong.   Michaels ghost problem will be sorted by Jane who if she is called will be forced to take the role the white Lady had to collect them. This will take time to train into her and as such she will not be called until she has become powerful enough to be worth it. Michael meanwhile will become some sort of sleeper agent being ordered to attack any that the Methusalath wishes. Once the Hecata takeover happens the lasombra will instead use the squad as its agents instead of the ghosts not taking that risk with its operations becoming more covert.   Johan will have a chat with the Methusalath doing something to make the Methusalath stop its goals for world destruction becoming a sort of sleeping menace. The threat of Johans presence on the island will keep it peaceful. Though the Methusalaths work is done its only job is to sit back and watch.    The change:  The possessed ones have been let go into the town slowly spreading there corruption and disease. Apolloen does not control them anymore instead letting the natural world take its course. The thinning of the shroud has become rather permanent making the plague spread quicker, all ghouls over time will become weak and sick. Oblivion and the dead are not good for mortals and as such even ghouls become effected over time. The carriers will each spread deisies to people around them, each different. Rot will show in nature, death and decay. This is oblivion. The Methusalath leaving, or becoming dormant only to collect the Elders. Births will be rare.    This is a slow corruption felt over time at dramatically appropriate moments.
