The Rangers

An ancient order that extends beyond the founding of Alvantes, The Rangers are a multi species group of adventures tasked with containing the local fauna and ensuring the feral and mythical races respect the boundaries of civilization.
Most rangers are raised within the order itself, often time orphans and rejects from society, however it's not uncommon for mature adults of any species to feel the calling to protect their friends and family from the ravages of the unchecked wilderness.
Often working in pairs, Rangers spends most of their lives on the road, often travelling from town to town taking on jobs to rid villages and small cities of bothersome and often dangerous beasts and spirits.
