Member of the Order of Mann, Tira is a high-ranking priest of Lathander. She chooses to live in merric to scout out the adventurers who frequent the Explorer's Guild for the Order of Mann. She lives under the small altar to Lathander in Merric, where she is a part of the ruling council.
