Brief Biography

Jacob has dark hair with an emo fringe that he spends a lot of time fussing over. He either wears shirts unbuttoned or with a skinny tie under a waistcoat and skinny jeans with converse, or combats with a band t-shirt, combat boots and a hoodie/jacket. He's been shaving since he was 12 so he grows out stubble. He always has a pair of headphones and his i-pod on him which he listens to music on and he like chain jewelry and leather bracers. He tans easily, is relatively athletic from skating and climbing and likes to talk to a lot of people but doesn't like to have many friends. He doesn't trust, often seeing the worst in most people. He collects knives but doesn't usually carry one on him.

Jacob grew up in England never knowing his father and living with his mother Jane Prince who was hard working and super busy all the time. She had a boring job where she worked for corporate in some kind of high stress job. It wasn’t super well paying but he was comfortable. She overdosed shortly after his 13th birthday on anti depressants and alcohol and he didn’t have any other family so he was set to be adopted. Then someone discovered his father had moved to Pretty Marsh and he was sent out to live with his dad. At first his dad Carl Peters, who works at the lumber mill, was super overcompensating. He bought Jacob gifts, they bonded over punk music and he bought Jacob a drum kit. But within 6 months the affection just stopped and Jacob realized his dad had a drinking problem. His dad is super aggressively into a football team in Maine, doesn’t have any interest in self expressionism or writing and started to get drunk regularly and became verbally and psychologically abusive towards Jacob.

After a particularly bad fight that ended with Carl punching a police officer, Jacob's father lost custody, and the teenager has been living at Seawall Orphanage for a little over a year.
