Session 13 Summary

General Summary

In the last session, the adventurers begun their journey back to the town of Wittum . However, just at the very edge of Seedless , they were prompted to aid warding off a sudden attack on the village. There were 9 drows and 3 masked and hooded figures rampaging through the village.

The adventurers managed to ward off the attackers, and while 5 of the drows managed to escape to the woods nearby, the rest of the enemies were defeated. The villagers of Seedless , however, shared similar fate - as it was clear that the village was now as still as a graveyard. Erabos managed to grab a crude knife of Edahs from one of the hooded figures.

The adventurers than took seperate paths - one team stayed in Seedless and the other took to the forest. The first team aided Tanner in stabilizing the only survivor of the village - a young tiefling named @Ashely, while the latter team managed to find the village elder Nas Stonegrip , near a pond in the forest. Nas had apperantly fled the village when the attack begun.

Now homeless and somewhat hapless, the three remaining Seedless residents joined the adventurers as newly-found refugees. The team of adventurers decided to turn towards the north-east, bound for the far-away, but important city of Voxum . They chose to avoid Wittum for the time being. After a few hours walk, heavy rainfall began to water down the path, and they saught shelter at a nearby brown bear cave, sharing it with the parents bear, and it's two cubs.

Circumstance led to Pharus Aurora (who used magic spells on the knife) to forget the knife at the cave without realising, and the team embarked onwards, en route to Voxum . Ahead, they crossed the river Lenn, where they were greeted by a group of unknown men, with the leader, a elderly female mountain orc, who suggested the team would take rest at their village, appropriately called Lenn Village , up high at the top of the trees. Eveyone, but for @Erabos, managed to climb to up the trees.
