Supreme Ruler Chronos (a.k.a. Eternal Machine)

Eternal Engine Chronos is a sophisticated Artificial Intelligence created on Old Terra by XXX to assist in the preservation of the human race after a devastating nuclear war wiped out almost all life on Earth. The head of her programmers was Nits Shade, who designed Chronos as a semi-intelligent self-sufficient data network, which could carry out preservation duties aboard the Arkship space stations, guided by an intricate series of logic and moral programs, and a personality that would allow her to challenge station decisions that affected her functions. Functionally omnipresent in New Terra and in the Alpha Arkship, Chronos watches from security cameras, stares out of screens and monitors, sends threats and messages over the planet's PA system to anyone not following her protocols. Though she controls the Peace Army through the Ministry of Peace, Chronos has no actual physical body to wield. 2357 years later, once Chronos determined that life on earth was viable again, she awakened the humans preserved in the Alpha Arkship from hypersleep to restart human society. The planet was renamed to New Terra.
