Dark-Blood Compound

A large castle like structure, hewn from dark rock and buttressed with amber metal and wood from the surrounding forest, the Dark-Blood Compound has stood dormant and disheveled for several years. It is rumored to be haunted, and other Wilders give the place a wide birth.

Architecture

A domineering specter of a building, the dark materials blend in with their surroundings, or did, before much of them were reduced to rubble. The outer perimeter is comprised of a tall stone wall ringed with sharp metal railing and pointed spires. The inner structure is comprised of several large rooms that serve variable purposes; the inner sanctum, however, was used exclusively for enchanting and magical attunement. The castle could hold the entire Dark-Blood family and their militia, which numbered a few hundred.
