Should anything happen to horse provided by the Eternal Senate it is their responsibility to replace it.

Accoutrements & Equipment
Equestrians wore a slim (one inch width) purple stripe (clavus) down the right of their tunics (front and back) to signify their noble status. Optionally, Equestrians may wear a plain gold ring, which was another historical requisite of their rank.
A trained ghoul house is also provided by the Eternal Senate when the status is granted.
