Lake Carranashtuss
Lake Carranashtuss is a large body of fresh water located in the center of Tympi's Forest.
The Writer never made mention of such a lake in his writings, but the Spiritual Travelers happened upon it while searching for The Spirit of Christmas. It is currently frozen over due to the Spirit's influence and a small town, The Contented Town of Euphoria, has sprung up because of this as well.
Ecosystem
The lake is surrounded by lots of different water-reliant plants as well as plants like water lilies that grow underwater before reaching the surface with lilypads and so forth.
Being a freshwater lake it is likely teaming with a variety of fish and other freshwater animals of the sort. No plants or animals have been catalogued from this region by the Spiritual Travelers as of this time.
Localized Phenomena
The Writer encountered The Twisting Stumps on the northern shore of this lake, and Croak reaffirmed their presence there when warning the Spiritual Travelers of points to avoid.
Something has recently trapped the Spirit of Christmas on the southern shore though it is still unknown what caused this.
History
Lakes are often named after people we've never heard of or Gods that have either died long ago or lost so much relevance they might as well have.
Who or what was Carranashtuss? Not really sure right now, but the large lake in the center of Tympi's Forest is supposedly dubbed "Lake Carranashtuss".
