Feslin Sengar

Feslin is a career cop from the upper middle class. She has a family, and her status in the city affords her status equal to that of a lower-tier noble. Work has been rough lately, what with the demons and all of the losses to her men. She has been clashing with representatives from The Order of the Blinding Sun of late who want more influence and see supplanting the Constabulary as a good first step. She vehemently disagrees with Rhulad on almost all issues, thinking his approaches to be thuggish and heavy-handed, and treatment of the Order is but one of many bones of contention between the two of them.

A human of Varshian descent, from the plain to the West, Felsin is in her 30s and vey worn down. She is the Captain of the Constabulary in charge of the entire Eastern Quadrant of the city, and has been putting off attempts by The Order of Blinding Sun to usurp her authority
